Recently (and by recently I mean June 25th) we’ve moved from Baldwin Park, CA to Los Angeles, CA. Yes! No longer will I have to suffer sitting in my car for up to 5hrs a day in traffic. I literally now live approximately 10-15 minutes from the office depending on “traffic.”

We are considered “Beverly Hills Adjacent” and we even have one of those kooky “1/2” addresses. Instead of having an address like this:

123 Flower Lane
Apt. B
Los Angeles, CA 90048

We have an address like this:

123 1/2 Flower Lane
Los Angeles, CA 90048

Yep. Basically, our apartment number is “1/2.” It actually throws a lot of people off and I even had to call my bank to change my address since they flagged it when I tried to change it online. It’s cool, though. I don’t mind the hassle as long as I don’t have to sit through traffic again.

I’ll have to take pictures of the new place when I’m finally satisfied with it decor-wise. I’ve been decorating and planning up a storm since we’ve moved. The place is a bit bigger, a bit older, and has a bit more personality. I absolutely adore it and can’t wait until I’ve finally unpacked my last box.

Ah, well. I just wanted to dust the cobwebs off this place before I head to bed. I’m going to try and get back into routinely blogging … we’ll see how that goes.
